Presentation agenda builder
Plan every minute of your slot. Add sections, speakers, breaks and Q&A, and see when each one starts and ends.
How to use it
Build a timed agenda in three steps
-
Set the frame
Enter the local start time, the length of your slot, or both. With a start time you get clock times; without one you get minutes from the start.
-
List every part
Add sections with a speaker and a length. Type minutes like
5,2.5or4:30. Give transitions, breaks and Q&A their own rows so they are not forgotten. -
Check and share
Move rows up or down and every time updates. Anything past the end of the slot is marked, then export the agenda as CSV, JSON or a printed page.
Example
A 30-minute team presentation
Three speakers, one handover, a break and Q&A, starting at 9:00 AM in a 30-minute slot. It takes 29 min 30 s and leaves 30 s spare.

| 9:00 AM – 9:03 AM | Welcome and goals Section | Ana | 3:00 |
| 9:03 AM – 9:11 AM | Quarter results Section | Ben | 8:00 |
| 9:11 AM – 9:11:30 AM | Hand over to Chi Transition | — | 0:30 |

Agenda timing tips
- Leave a buffer. Aim to finish a few minutes before the end of the slot. Talks almost always run longer on the day than in rehearsal.
- Count the handovers. Each change of speaker takes about 30 seconds to a minute, longer if the slides or laptop change too.
- Protect the Q&A. If you run over, the questions are what gets cut. Put Q&A on the agenda with a real length.
- Your agenda stays on your device. Nothing you type is uploaded or put in the page address.
Keep the whole team on time, live

FAQ
How do I make a timed agenda for a presentation?
List the parts of the talk in order, give each one a length in minutes, and add the time between them: speaker changes, breaks and Q&A. Add your start time and the length of your slot. The builder adds the lengths up, shows when each part starts and ends, and tells you how much time is left or how far over you are.
Should I put transitions and Q&A on the agenda?
Yes. Handing over to the next speaker, switching laptops or starting a video usually takes 30 seconds to a minute each, and those minutes add up. Q&A almost always takes longer than planned, so give it its own row instead of hoping it fits in whatever is left.
What happens if my agenda is longer than my slot?
The builder never shrinks your sections to make them fit. It marks every item that runs past the end of the slot and shows how much you are over, so you can decide what to cut.
Can I export the agenda?
Yes. Download it as a CSV file for Excel or Google Sheets, as JSON, or print it (or save it as a PDF from the print dialog). The files are made in your browser.
Is my agenda saved or sent anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing you type is uploaded or put in the page address. If you tick “Remember on this device”, the agenda is kept in this browser only, and unticking it deletes it.
